Homemade dressing

A woman from my work taught me this, it is an oil free dressing and is very healthy for you.  It also speeds up your metabolism which increases your calorie burn due to the type of vinegar that is needed.

Ingredients:

Dressing packet

Apple cidar vinegar

water

**Combine 2/3 cup of apple cidar vinegar, 1/4 water, and entire salad dressing packet and pour over a salad or any other food item you would like and enjoy!

Diet day 3

Since there was a snow strom last night the gym is closed.  I have work at 11 still though :/ Here is a breakdown of what I am going to eat..

Coffee with sugar free vanilla caramel creamer and stevia

House salad from work (romaine, peppers, tomatoes, carrots) with blackened shrimp and my homemade dressing.

for dinner after work I’m gonna come home and make a tuna melt with tuna fish, american cheese, and wheat bread and possibly a piece of fruit on the side if I’m still hungry.

lastly for an after dinner snack I am going to have 2 dove silk dark chocolate squares and a glass (maybe 2) of red wine :)

After one day I lost 1lb, not too bad :)

Gym day 1

This morning I woke up really early (cranky) and went to the gym for roughly 60mins.  I started on the elliptical for 20mins.  I did 10mins pedaling forwards and 10 mins backwards.  From what the machine said I did a total time of 21 mins, roughly 2.5 miles distance, and burned a little over 250 calories.  After the elliptical I ran/walked on the treadmil for 40mins while watching Regis and Kelly.  I would run for 5 mins then walk for 5mins.  From the machine I did a total time of 41 mins, a little over 3 miles in distance, and burned roughly 350 calories.  I’m not gonna lie it was hard getting up and going but now that I’m showered and done I feel great!

Diet day 1

Ok so I had to wake up early this morning since I have work at 11, so I started off my morning with 2 scrambled eggs, 1 slice of wheat toast with strawberry jelly, and a glass of orange juice.  My total calories for breakfast is roughly 300 calories.  Now I am getting ready and heading to work with a 16oz wawa regular coffee with 2 stevia sweeteners and sugar free caramel vanilla creamer in hand :)
